Nighthawks honored for 5th Graders' Day Out
The University of North Georgia (成人B站) earned the 2022 Peach Belt Conference (PBC) Connecting Communities Award. The award is presented each summer to the PBC member institution that embraces the NCAA Division II core value of community engagement, bringing the institution and the local community together.
The Nighthawks hosted a 5th Graders' Day Out in association with Lumpkin County Schools on Nov. 30. All fifth-graders from the Lumpkin County School System visited 成人B站's Dahlonega Campus for a tour, lunch in the dining hall, and the men's basketball game against Toccoa Falls College. After the game, the 成人B站 men's basketball team signed autographs and thanked the community for its support.
The goal of the event was to provide the students an opportunity to visit a college campus, meet student-athletes and enjoy a collegiate athletics event.
Athletics names 2026 Hall of Fame class
The 成人B站 Department of Athletics and the Athletics Hall of Fame Committee have unveiled the class of 2026, which is set to be inducted Sept. 24.

成人B站 earned the LeeAnn Noble Make-A-Wish Award for the most funds raised in 2025-26 during the Peach Belt Conference's annual Make-A-Wish initiative.
Campbell named DII director for WGCA Board
成人B站 women's golf head coach Sierra Campbell has been selected to serve as the Division II director on the Women's Golf Coaches Association Board of Directors for 2026-27.

The 成人B站 Athletic Department set the standard for excellence in the Peach Belt Conference in 2025-26, earning the David R. Brunk Commissioner's Cup for the second time in three years.
