University Singers
The University of North Georgia Singers, under the direction of Dr. Emily Hobson-Gallardo, is a mixed choral ensemble that sings often on campus and throughout the community and state each semester. The choir typically numbers 40-75, with the musical backgrounds of its members being as diverse as the music performed. All are committed to making music for the enjoyment of others.
Singers serves as the university's primary choral ensemble while welcoming singers across many different majors. The ensembles prides themselves on learning and performing repertoire from around the world while welcoming all singers.
University Singers is open to all students (no audition required) and may be taken for 0 or 1 hour of college credit.
